Jaime and Jacinda from the fabulous craft blog Prudent Baby were in town for a workshop at Wilton last week. Wilton is a company that sells cake decorating, candy making, and other products to aid in creating fancy sweets of all kinds. You can read more about their visit to Wilton here.

While in town, Jaime decided to come in to the salon for a new look. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work on her gorgeous head and it was really fun to catch up. We did a lot – sliced highlights, touch up, gloss, and haircut. It was tight but thankfully I didn’t make her late for her flight home.

So, what do you think? It's hard to see the color in either picture but the slices really broke up her solid color and added lightness around her face. To be fair, her hair had been tied back in a scarf when she arrived. Thanks for being such a great sport, Jaime! Next time, I'm coming to LA.

  1. I have a woman with black hair and about 2 inches of mostly white and a little grey regrowth. She wants all over white as we can get her.
I do not know where to begin. I want to cause the least amount of damage possible and hopefully have it done within 2 weeks. I need some of your wonderful advice.
