Today's quick tip: Use paper towels to squeeze out excess moisture after towel-drying hair. It's more absorbent than terrycloth and will remove a lot of water without roughing up the cuticle (outer layer of your hair). Follow with a small amount of styling lotion that reduces drying time and use an ionic hairdryer for one super speedy blowout.

Try Umberto Blow Dry Lotion, available at Target. $12.99
Update your dryer to the Sedu Revolution Pro Tourmaline Ionic 4000i Hair Dryer at Folica. $174.99
